Sending flowers is one of the most emotive gifts you can share. However, many flower companies put little care into the experience, product and brand. Bloom & Wild is all about delivering joy with care - a brand essence that guides every team internally. We led with the insight that female to female gifting versus self-purchase would position Bloom & Wild for maximum growth.
I led and facilitated Bloom & Wild’s company values when the team was in its infancy. I then led the creation of brand guidelines alongside our internal creative team to scale and give structure to our creative output, tone of voice and freelance partners. By creating executional toolkits for teams, the positioning work was able to scale as the company doubled in size every year.
