The bike that gets you fittest, fastest

I worked with CAROL Bike, the AI fitness brand, on customer interviews, brand strategy and agency selection for their brand refresh focusing on the US customer. Over 12 months I led customer insights, messaging frameworks and team development for copy and creative to bring the brand to life.

We selected Accept and Proceed as our creative partner who have developed not only a new visual identity, but we briefed them on developing a new look and feel for the bike itself to stand out from the sea of sameness in home fitness equipment.
