ME+EM

ME+EM is the UK’s fastest growing luxury D2C fashion brand. I consulted with them to scale up and improve creative output, grow the team and improve the performance of creative in growth channels. I also worked closely with the founder as the business raised a growth round from Highland Europe.

 

Projects

  • I supported the founder to assess and restructure the brand and design teams to ensure the business was equipped to scale. Key hires include a Creative Director, a Creative Producer, the creation of an Influencer Marketing team and a Digital Writer to scale up SEO content by 3x. I also created new processes for the team to drive efficiencies as they scaled globally.

  • I led creative testing on Facebook, more than doubling ROAS and reducing CPAs. A newly formed influencer marketing programme was created and scaled delivering campaign performance on par with other performance channels. I also led and launched the creative testing strategy for TikTok as an experimental growth channel for the brand.

  • I worked closely with the founder and management team to craft ME+EM’s story, growth channels and brand direction to prepare for investor presentations. Following a successful raise with Highland Europe I collaborated with Burlington PR to launch the story exclusively with The Times followed by tech, business and consumer titles.
